Implement the governance, policies and risk management functions across teams within IT Division to ensure those appropriate policies and controls are in place for effective service delivery & compliance as well as monitor, cooperate and execute any required enhancements/control related to improve performance, reduce issues and mitigate risks (if any) for whole IT

• Assist the team leader in establishment, review, development, awareness and observation of policies, procedures, practices in relations to governance and planning functions for whole IT
• Execute governance frameworks, International/Internal standards/practices and monitor closely to ensure its effective implementation which help enhance IT functions.
• Work closely with the cross-functional IT departments to develop and coordinate a compliance schedule tailored to the applicable regulations and standards.
• Conduct analysis and improvement of IT policies, procedures, practices
• Communicate the governance activities/policies within IT Division and keep them informed that these activities/policies will affect IT services/deliverables
