I. JOB BRIEF:

- As level Senior Marketing, you are fully responsible for the end-to-end marketing function of the business; oversee the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy and ultimately generate sustainable growth.

1. RESULTS MEASUREMENT:

Results for this position are measured

- In revenue growth in absolute dollar amount

- In Year on year growth

- In gross profits growth and your ability to drive sales with few price incentives

- In return on Investment of the marketing budget

2. RESPONSIBILITIES:

- You are responsible for creating a marketing strategy to reach the above goals

- Based on that strategy, you will then be responsible for defining sets different tactics to experiment and set goals and budget

- You will brief the execution teams about the plans and ensure goals are understood and teams are aligned

- You will be responsible for providing the required material and information needed by the execution team in order to reach the common goals

- Coordinate at each step of the execution that the tactics are implemented according to plan, initiate corrective actions if necessary

- Based on the success and failure of activities, you will adjust your plans accordingly based on data

- You will be responsible for all communications with principal brands and operations team.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree major in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree major in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields

- 3+ years’ experience in Marketing and branding. Experience in Fashion retail is a plus

- Experience in creating marketing strategies for consumer products is a must

- Digital mindset

- Strong analytical skills with great attention to details

- Customer focused

- Strong project management and organization skills

- Strong listening skills and judgement to make wise decisions in the interest of Maison RMI
