Mô tả công việc
1. Manage and build communication channels
- Manage and monitor fan page (and other media channels like TikTok will grow in the future)
- Content Writing & Posting
- Increase interactivity, and quality for Articles
2. Build and develop newsletter content
- Record voice, MC lead content
- Write content, and support ideas with editor
- Contact guests for interviews and on-site montage assistance
3. Build, develop and implement engagement activities (like talk shows and other activities)
- Responsible for content (Brainstorming, interview questions, concepts, topics, ...)
- Interview guests first to find key points, and good stories related to the topic.
- Test run the program (rehearsal)
- Act as MC, lead program coordination, ensure the program takes place properly, sufficiently and effectively
4. Participate in building, developing and implementing other activities:
- Conduct workshops online
- Design courses, learning materials
- Quarterly projects
5. Other tasks to be assigned by the Line Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- From 02 years of experience in training or communication
- Knowledge of sales training field is also preferred
- Soft skills: Good in presentation; Critical thinking; Problem Solving & Decision Making; Collaboration; Task Planning & Organization; Observation skill and giving & receiving feedback; Professional communication skills;
- A generic understanding of Information Technology
- Good English skills in oral and written
- Be familiar with MS. Office
- Be able to have business trips
