Mô tả công việc
- Execute and deliver the employee engagement programs and calendar of activities, events, supporting the Telesales department to increase levels of employee engagement.
- Coordinate with vendors and other departments to implement employee engagement initiatives.
- In collaboration with Corporate Communications and Marketing Department to have communications for Telesales.
- Responsible for ensuring content consistency of messages and alignment to overall Telesales Dept.
- Organize motivational activities of Telesales (monthly townhall, employees survey, sales campaigns, new year party, etc.)
- Raise ideas, comply with approval financial budgets to do engagement activities (such as events, workshops, trips, etc.)
- Manage external and internal communications channels (Facebook Page, email, banners, etc.)
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Previous experience in Event/Communication (prefer agency background) •Hand-on experience in survey, event and communication…
- Have knowledge and experience managing website, Facebook and working with Google analytics is a plus.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills §Strong written English and Vietnamese
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint
