 -Work on ERP system and Outlook to make tour programs for guides

-Follow to handle on spot issuses with foreign tourists

-Combine with Sales team to complete tour programs and update changes on spot to handle and report with related departments(reservation, accounting,..)

-Contact directly to customers when they need to support

-Check related services logically and correctly

-Contact to guides to brief about tour programs

2. Receptionist - The Park Hotel, Dictrict 7, HCMC 

-Communicate to handle problems with foreign guests during their stay, work with tasks and travel booking websites

-Make procedure for check in & check out

-Follow stationery and hotel’s fee, make sure a good reception area

-Introduce Vietnamese culture and cuisine for foreign tourists, take care them during tour, take them on tour by motorbike
