1. SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS HCMC CE COMPLEX (2019 –NOW) - Professional Customs Senior 

- Clear customs clearance and prevent risks by satisfying needed information, document and requirements to import/export shipments. Research and update new Regulations, Circulars, and Decisions from authorities related import field.

- Get high quality service by contracting with customs brokers. Work with inspection companies for testing used machine, quality and conformity of equipment/machines.

- Participate in examining various legal items and foreign exchange trade to be reported (accuracy documents, appropriated taxable prices, requirements for importing, application of preferential tariff).

- Participate in checking HS codes, exemption, and whether there are goods subject to import restriction accurately by acquiring technical material and data related to imports and exports in advance. And checking legal requirements, self-inspection for permissions or approvals required for import and export clearance

2. JABIL VIETNAM CO., LTD. (2015-2019) - Professional Logistics Officer 

- Examine whether a document required for import and export clearance is appropriate and whether the transaction is subject to reporting based on the understanding of trade contract condition, transportation, insurance, and foreign exchange transaction act.

- Manage, plan and organize daily shipping/logistics activities and sure shipment shipped as per schedule, and follow up with forwarders and brokers for custom clearance inbound and outbound. Solving problems for lost and damage shipments.

- Calculate taxable prices based on the reporting regulations stipulated by WCO customs valuation treaty and domestic laws. Understand an accounting title of a statement of profit and loss and balance sheet and identify additive factors and deductive factors under the customs law.

- Understand regulations, exemption conditions and post management conditions related to imports and exports

- Create Import and Export clearance data to analyze errors, risk factors, cost, productivity and performance of the shipping/logistics department. Analyze the freight forwarder and transporter performance to ensure company requirements are met.

3. RONG VIET TRADING CO., LTD. (RINNAI VN) (2013-2015) – Import-Export Officer 

- Contract directly with foreign suppliers for following up status of shipment, related import documents (Invoice, Packing list, Certificate of Origin, Bill of lading...). Examine whether a document required for import clearance is appropriated. Work with forwarders and brokers for custom clearance.

- Register and work with inspection companies testing quality and conformity of goods. Cooperate with other departments (Sale, Accounting, and Warehouse…) to ensure the forecast of quantity, shipping planning, and payment in right process.

- Translate contracts, reports, records, minutes of meeting for all departments (Sales, Accounting, Importing, Purchasing, Marketing...). Attend and translate in the meeting with foreign partners: Japan, China, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand...

4. NGOI SAO NAM ADVERTISING CO., LTD. (2012-2013) - Staf 

- Build a targeted email list full of qualified leads that are interested in company’s products. Welcome and tell customers about company’s business and products, and follow up for order or purchase confirmations

- Boost engagement with website content and the company business. Nurture existing customers by providing something they’ll value

- Plan and perform website enhancements and manage website content (official website and fan page).

- Support director (research and collect information, quotation fee, find valuable customers, supervisor company activities, and recruit employees).
