1. RÉPERTOIRE CULINAIRE - Sales-Admin ( Aug 2020 – May 2022)
- Received orders from clients via phone, Zalo, email and printed out the list of daily orders for RCLVN pickers to prepare all required items.
- Input sales data on Misa and prepared shipping documents (POs, DNs, e-invoices printed order emails) for delivery men.
- Liaised with the Logistics Department to ensure smooth delivery of all orders and samples.
- Reported the daily OOS list to Supply Chain Manager so as to keep Sales Team/ Clients posted on the ETA of sold-out items timely.
- Supported Sales Team/ Clients to check stock, information about products, delivery time if required.
