- Received orders from clients via phone, Zalo, email and printed out the list of daily orders for
RCLVN pickers to prepare all required items.
- Input sales data on Misa and prepared shipping documents (POs, DNs, e-invoices printed order
emails) for delivery men.
- Liaised with the Logistics Department to ensure smooth delivery of all orders and samples.
- Reported the daily OOS list to Supply Chain Manager so as to keep Sales Team/ Clients posted
on the ETA of sold-out items timely.
- Supported Sales Team/ Clients to check stock, information about products, delivery time if required.
- Received information, claim notice, feedback from Customers, Sales Reps and directed timely to
Stock Manager, NOM & Supply Chain Manager.
- Handled exchange/ return/ refund process for Clients upon the approval of Line Managers.
- Received letters and forwarded to the relevant department.
- Followed-up the quantity of product received/ returned by each customer and updated information correctly on Misa.
- Supported accounting tasks by following up payment status, indicating the list of orders paid in
