1. VN Technology - Personal Assistant to CEO
Achievements:
Improve Sales team with standard forms and procedures
Ensure internal guidelines and CEO’s instruction be followed accordingly
Propose the effective communication solution
Job Duties:
On the behalf of the CEO to communicate/follow up with Top Management to implement on matters related to the CEO’s initiatives/ plan.
Assist in implementing strategies/ projects as per instruction of the CEO.
Be responsible for the arrangement/coordination of CEO’s agenda, meeting, and presentation.
Prepare and compile documents from related parties for CEO’s meetings/ conferences.
Submit reports at CEO’s request and periodical report.
Receive and check documents from functional departments before submitting for approval, set time for documents submit;
Handle databases, filing systems and ensure confidential.
Report issues relating to Tech, Sales team for CEO.
Propose the improvement for internal guidelines, procedures, policies.
Provide clerical tasks.
2. Dow Chemical - Personal Assistant to Director
Achievements:
- Become PIC for reduced headcounts
- Executive assistance for Director - managing calendars, organising business / personal meetings and travel logistics, helping with personal chores, taking meeting minutes, managing email correspondence, answering and directing incoming calls, business contacts update
- Office management - managing stationary, paperwork administration, overseeing cleaning and tidiness in the office
- Social activities - planning and organising team events
- HR - onboarding new hires, preparing and finalising welcome packs and employment contracts and other necessary documents, tracking holidays and sickness, scheduling internal meetings.
- Other duties - proofreading legal documents, preparing regular payments for authorisation, recruitment assistance, generating leads for the business development team, tracking client payments.
3. B-smart - Personal Assistant to Country Manager

Job Duties:
- Overall manage and supervise activities of all warehouses including: input, store, output.

Job Duties:
- Handle internal and external calls and transfer them to the desired extension numbers. The task involves in maintaining records.
- Welcome and instruct Visitors, Customers to get the suitable destination and maintaining their records.
- Order stationary & other items for day-to-day consumption and maintain the stock records.
- Be responsible for ensuring cleanliness & maintenance of the premises, including designing of duty charts and supervision of housekeeping staff.
- Arrange transport for day-to-day commuting by the staff and maintain records thereof. Also, take responsible for booking of travel tickets, accommodation in coordination with the travel agencies, hotels.
