- Directly manage the Infrastructure (network, system).

- Coordinate with partners to analyze , upgrade base on developing strategies to develop information technology security solutions for the whole company.

- Participate in building business processes and successfully deploying all new projects of the company in the field of finance

- Manage IT Support staffs, Infrastructure team for Office system and dealer user nationwide.

- Support , analyze troubleshooting system network related Core Switch Banking to ensure system working well 24/7.

- Research, build IT orientation, strategy and IT development to apply for business activities in each stage of development and technology transfer to improve the IT status of the company

- Report and perform other tasks as directed by IT Executive management.

2. Mercedes-Benz Vietnam Star Automobile - IT Supervisor 

- Build up, develop and manage infrastructure system to serve retails system for nationwide.

- Manage the DMS, ERP software system included all processes of the module (sales, warehouse management, finance and accounting, purchasing, customer care, warranty, personnel, etc.) and Technical section (Server system, Database, Azure ...)

- Manage and install software, patches, or upgrades that are used to develop new projects or maintain existing systems to ensure stable system performance.

- Support and manage in analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving system (hardware, software) and network problems to ensure system operation.

- Assist the IT director in planning and implementing IT projects.

- Ensure that the IT system is fully exploited and documented

3. FPT Telecom International - IT Assistant

- Administrate Email, Website, Network System.

- Support all users of the company (Help desk), surveillance camera systems and installation with coordination.

- Identify , diagnose, and solve problems for the requirements of users of personal computers, software and hardware, network, Internet (over 1000 users).

- Identify and investigate words and troubleshoot under operating systems users of the company network.

- Manag, operate & support operation of the business software system, control and do the system (fingerprint system, IP Camera,Video conference meeting rooms, Voice IP, AWS,Azure ....).
