1. LEASE MANAGEMENT OFFICER, VIETSIN COMMERCIAL COMPLEX DEVELOPMENT JSC 

- Make sure Tenant abided by 100% the covenant in Lease Agreement on such Booking fee payment, commencement date, fitting out period by sending official reminder and every issue coming shall be resolved by following Standard of Procedure (“SOP”).

- Make sure that 100% Lease Agreement shall be key in SAP for cash flow report and tenancy tracking from the day of signing MOU or letter of offer (“LOO”).

- Reach above 80% the response ratio for the tenant’s request based on the PIC tenant list and inquires by reviewing email every day and transfer the request for the related departments.

- Make sure the ratio outstanding arrears / total revenue should be under 0,5% and the total outstanding arrear of the tenants shall be under Security Deposit by catching up the Tenant payment sending by Receivable Accountant every day and issue reminder letter, 1st LOD, 2nd LOD, 3rd LOD or even legal letter. I have experienced in bailiff for bad debt cases.

- Compliance with 100% the SOP under DOA for doing payment all expenses related to operation of Lease Management (all step on such do e-approval, key PO, PR, PRF).

- Wording bilingual official letter to request or response Teant’s request and update in Tenant Request List.

- Reach ratio above 85% tenant sending sales report every month by sending email reminder or make a phone call.

- Monthly sending Floor Rental report, Tenant High Risk Profile report for business administration of Managements.

- Collaboration with Finance team to solve Tenant’s issues.

- Do assignment jobs by my manager.

2. SALES ADMIN EXECUTIVE, DEAWOONG PHARMACEUTICALS REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE IN VIETNAM 

- Follow up and push the sales revenue to reach 50% the sale target on a weekly basis by sending a report categorized by RPMs, group product.

- Send the sale revenue monthly by sale templates in HQ from Korea.

- Send the sale report with accumulative revenue with the comparison with the monthly target to make sure it matches.

- Send the inventory report, Curasys machine management, tender management, and price structure report and highlight the deviation.

- Calculate the incentive and award to PMs, RPMs quarterly.

- Support to build the business plan for next year.

- Support events (MKT materials, book ticket, list participants, contact agencies...)

- Follow up contracts with suppliers, agencies.

- Support sale team to contact with customer and partner to arrange for a meeting

- Generate the new report template for Line Manager’s demands.

- Other duties as assigned by supervisors.

3. SALES ADMIN CUM ACCOUNTANT, HO CHI MINH METAL JOINT STOCK COMPANY – VNSTEEL 

- Receive PO, check the factory inventory and confirm the PO with client.

- Send the PO to the factory and arrange the shipment to customers.

- Check the customer debts and prepare documents for sales application.

- Check the sales-purchase price and support to do the price list and periodically report to the Ministry of Finance
