1. FPT Information System - Business Analyst Intern 

Main responsibilities: 

-Educate customers to use SAP (using Tcode to edit/add/delete items, manage invoice and logistics process)

- Assist custo mers with well-informed information about SAP (explain to clients clearly about logistics features in SAP)

- Solve problems with customers while using SAP (support clients when they have issues while using Tcode)

Recognition and Gains:

-  Have knowledge of SAP (using Tcode to manage products and logistics processes)

- Deep knowledge of logistics (logistics domain: inbound logistics, outbound logistics, and reverse logistics)

-Good at solving problems and supporting customers

2. Tripath Company - Business Analyst Intern 

Main responsibilities:

Build business plans, determine core functions and hierarchy modules (compare with other competitors to choose features for clients)

Work in Agile Environment (using Jira Software to manage the working process)

Write use case specification, SRS, and storyboard (drawing UML and writing documents carefully to explain the use case specifications)

Design wireframe, and sitemap (using Figma, and Miro to create a mockup screen for the design team, and apply it in SRS)

Recognition and Gains:

Improvement of reasoning skills, critical thinking, and creativity

- Observation, learning, and catching customers' needs

- Having broadened knowledge about drawing UML and writing use case specifications, storyboard

- Good at designing wireframes by using design tools

3. FPT Academy - Student in "The Foundation of Business Analyst course"

Main responsibilities:

-  Using some techniques to elicit requirement documentation from clients

- Learning Business Analysis Techniques (Process Analysis and Modelling, Wireframing, and Prototyping, Requirement Documentation)

- Learning Software Management Methodology: Wireframe and Waterfall

- Learning SQL to report and query data

- Learning HTML/CSS to understand the developer's viewpoint
