1. OPERATION GUEST EXPERIENCES SUPERVISOR - FUSION MAIA RESORT ĐÀ NẴNG
- Co-operate with Duty Manager in all pending issue on behalf of EAM, FOM show off.
- Supporting Fusionista to create unique guest experiences. - Check correspondences to see opportunities to create special guest experiences.
- Daily briefing to handover to Fusionista that guest not met today, guests without spa treatments yesterday, VIP arrival, special care, return guest, extra caring guest, other preference.
- Manage Guest Satisfaction analysis by recording guest surveys.
- Control Post care by sending personalized email to guests.
- Control, analyze resort's online reputation though Trust You site.
- Consolidate Roster of Duty Manager and Fusionista.
- Control daily upselling targets based on Revenue reports.
- Consolidate Training Fusion Programs for new Stars.
2. GUEST SERVICE ASSOCIATE - FURAMA ĐÀ NẴNG RESORT & VILLAS
- Responsible for checking in an out, late arrival, early departure and visitor.
- Responsible for accuracy, consistency of daily transactions, posting, tracks room revenue, collect statistical figures reports.
- To be in charge of night operations such as Safety and Security actions in case of emergency to ensure smooth.
- Handle and report all issues/ problems happen during night shift.
- Hand over pending issues which not require prompt action for following shift.
- Handle Currency exchange, breakfast box and wake up call.
- Issue room key and escort guest. - Handle telephone and reservation at night time.
- Answers inquiries related to hotel services, dining, entertainment, travel directions.
- Makes restaurants reservation, transportation, arranges for tours.
- Verifies and posts room charges to guest accounts which not posted during the day by the front office cashier.
- Reviews date regarding room status, room rate, rate code.
- Verifies journal and ledge of credit card payments related to OTAs.
- Complete daily Statistic Report and delivered to concerned departments.
- Maximize revenue and sales tele or direct.

3. SALES EXECUTIVE - MOONLIGHT HUE HOTEL
- Report to Sales Head all issues that beyond authorizations.
Engaging to OTA and TA to make sure rooms categories, room rate and promotion running properly.
- By emails, phone to handle OTAs and TAs booking matters: guest feedbacks, complaints, requirements.
- Handling telelsales and email, set inspections.
- Maintain, fix, amendment regular contract with reservation department by approval of Sales Manager.
