• Spare-parts, material management: Related to industrial manufactory activity
• Work with supplier such as: Karl Roll, Aichelin, Schunk, RNA, VDL, Rubix, …
• Purchasing Activities: Place purchase order, control expedite the arrival date of order to respond withproduction’s plan and customer’s requirements. Coordinates purchasing activities with manufacturing, engineering. Meet requirements of customer need
• Supplier management: Evaluates supplier’s performance, dealing and sourcing (Global and local supplier). Improving supplier’s performance to scale with business mission. Be contact person to solve problems (quality, quantity and overdue delivery; missingor wrong material)
• Arrange shipment: Sea freight and air freight mode
• Inventory control: Forecast, reduce or minimize target to saving cost but not impact to manufactoryactivities (cross selling, negotiate to return or localize material). Dealing with supplier support to initiative to help the company to proactively deal withthe flexible change of customer’s forecast
• Cost Improvement: Responsible for target cost saving and budget.Take initiative to drive cost and improvements on supply chains but not impact otherscost (create Work breakdown structure to control)
• Sourcing & Bidding: Find and evaluate new supply sources to support the flexibility of the supply chains. Control strategy and complete bidding which supplier to win projects
• Interpersonal skill with customers and suppliers, vendors

• Problem solving and back-up plan
• Using skilled Microsoft (Excel, Outlook, …) and SAP system
• Use English fluently (speaking and writing)
