- Working as an expert to provide holistic solutions in implementing ERP Systems which includes Finance, Production, Procurement, Inventory Control and Sales modules.

- Eliciting client's expectations, analyzing business requirements and proposing appropriate and effective solutions.

- Designing business blueprint via Visio, functional specifications and getting client approval before construction phase.

-Keep in touch between clients and developers to ensure the requirements are fully understood for customizations. 

- Presenting CRP (Conference Room Pilot) demos in order to achieve solution approval from the client

- Delivering system configuration, data migration, data reconciliation

- Designing test scripts for Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

- Designing reports as requirement via Tool Mongoose of Infor

- Delivering user trainings with the Training Materials and User Guides such as: Blue print, Moscow, Test Script, Funtional specification...

- Building Financial Statements i.e. TB, P&L, BS using INFOR CLOUDSUITE excel add-in

- Managing change requests, evaluating the impacts and proposing the effective remediation

- Providing daily operation, month/year-end closing support, Go-live support for the clients via Helpdesk

- Raising incidents, and collaborating with Infor Support Team in system issues troubleshooting.

2. WINBOOKS SERVICES CO., LTD - ERP SOFTWARE: WINBOOKS ON WEB - QUALITY CONTROL, QUALITY ASSURANCE, CONSULTANT

- Lead a team within 6 members

- Consulted and worked as a tester for accounting software functionality

- Ensured that the software works properly in compliance with Vietnamese accounting standards and regulations

- Analyzed customer business requirements, provided suitable solutions for applying the software that meet the requirements

- Explained accounting principles and business logic to developers to build new modules or functions.

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

- Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.

- Write user guide for all functions on the software and update new guidance if the law on accounting is changed.
