CJ CẦU TRE (2019 – 2023, Mar) - Fast Moving Consumer Goods
Operation Supervior (CJ Market Việt Nam) – Direct to
consumer Channel, In Charge Of 5 Stores.
A. Responsible for effective operations, asset management and
sales programs.
- Check stock quantity - sales data by day/month/year, by season and
year's event to build a good supply plan to ensure product quality,
avoid loss.
- Directly manage display, cleaning, goods, valuable assets and
warehouse supplies such as freezers, refrigerators, ovens, microwaves,
booths, ipos, etc. Actively associated with the department logistics
department, the Shipping Order team to distribute and rotate goods in
the store's warehouses during the peak season in the southern
provinces, Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi..
- Coordinate with Trade MKT, Shipping Order, Customer Service and
MKT departments to do seasonal programs or support new product
launches. Plan to increase KPIs for stores during Tet, Christmas,
Women's Day, etc. Overview of plans from superiors to focus on
preparing goods and personnel to carry out assigned projects.
- Operation - control the quantity of goods sold, entered and sales
revenue as well as the revenue and expenditure at the stores using the
IPOS system. Set up, update new products - selling prices on the sales
system . Management - perform import/export activities, make sales
orders for customers. Implement inventory control, coordinate FA - MA
department to issue sales invoices to customers and partners.
- Proficient in using management systems such as LEMON, STHINK,
SAP...etc..v..
B. Planning to expand and develop
- Receive monthly/yearly target from superiors – carry out planning and
development orientation step by step. Implement a plan to increase
KPI, allocate to each store and individual and set a common goal to
implement together.
- Achievements: CJ Market's revenue in the third quarter of 2022
reached 200%.
- - Coordinate with Trade MKT team to evaluate sales revenue every
week to make a reasonable budget and spending.
- Prepare goods, orders, gratitude programs, calculate purchasing
power of each mobile sales location to develop monthly KPI.
C. Effective human resource management - guaranteed.
In charge of recruiting, managing and training Salesman, PG
at the store. Performing timekeeping, dividing work shifts,
allocating KPIs to each employee for implementation.
Recognizing the team's contribution to total revenue,
directly working with management to review and evaluate
the individual capacity of each employee during the year.
Understand the strengths of each individual to allocate work
during work, training, one-one meeting and work
productivity.
D. Coordinate with related departments to create attractive
programs at CJ Market
Carry out Sampling programs with MKT, use PG to introduce
new products, collect opinions from customers to improve
product quality and store operations.
Implement programs for loyal customers and potential
partners.
Display full and diverse products, always have sales/PGs to
introduce, promote products and answer information related
to products & prices.
Monitor data data and allocated budget to make reasonable
promotions in the month.
E. Other work
- Support the operation management of industrial kitchens with a
capacity of 3000 employees and fast food restaurants Made by CJ.
- Support KR Team in planning, searching for suppliers, setting up
and operating Event programs (Lock & Lock, Vietnamese - Korean
Food Fair, ...v.v..)
- Looking for potential partners to build a mobile point of sale to
bring the company's products closer to customers.
- Take care, keep good relationship with purchasing partners to
promote sales
SALES SUPERVISOR – SHOP IN SHOP, In Charge of 12 Stores
MAIN SCOPE: PROMOTE AND SUPERVISE CATERING SYSTEM IN MT
In charge of finding new customers with CJ Foods Vietnam.
(open a new branch at supermarkets, shopping malls,
CVS....etc.)
Manage 50 employees (Fulltime / part-time) at 12 stores in
HCMC & Hanoi area. Responsible for training, allocating
work, shifts and monthly KPIs, quarterly evaluation for
each store.
SALES SUPERVISOR – SHOP IN SHOP, ALL CATEGORY
Ensuring the quality of operation at each shop in terms of hygiene,
food safety, operating hours, staff behavior, materials, assets and
goods.
Report directly to Manager and CEO on store sales performance,
collect customer information to improve products,
daily/monthly/yearly problems to suggest solutions..
Workfield weekly to ensure human resources are working well,
discuss with customers/partners to upgrade service quality, solve
problems if any.
Once every two weeks, hold a meeting with the Store Manager
and the Chef to modify/develop the new menu in order to create
newness and set the stage for an increase in KPI..
