- Communicating with the customers of the project: requirement clarification, status reporting, issue/problem solving etc
- Work with customer (NTT - Data) for the solutions to fix the design defects.
6. TMA Solutions - Project Manager
- Planning and monitoring the project to deliver the releases.
- Determining the project processes and quality standard for the project.
- Addressing quality issues found within the project team, raised by customers or indicated by the QC team.
- Weekly team meeting on Friday.
- Weekly reporting to Senior Manager and BOD the overall status of the project.
- Represent the project team in meeting with higher management board.
- Raising up to higher management with some requests, suggestions, and recommendations relating to project team and or project customer.
- Communicating with the customers of the project: requirement clarification, status reporting, issue/problem solving etc.
- Communicating with other supporting groups (e.g., System, SQA, HR, Training, Security, etc) in acquiring relevant supports for the project.
