Managing Supervisor

Main responsibilities:

- Mainly taking care 1 distributor

- Thu Do Tin Nghia, TO: 11 billion with 12 salesmen.

- Representing Unilever at the distributor, discussing and setting up a business cooperation plan with the distributor each year with the approval of the Head of Department Sell. Review and revise this plan quarterly, monthly, and weekly.

- Work with the Operation Manager of the Distributor to ensure that the Distributor's business (invested capital, equipment, profits...) is by Unilever's standards and policies and regulations of Unilever are properly applied.

- Plan the daily business strategy of the distributor/ assigned category and implement that plan according to the company's policies and procedures to achieve:

+Primary Sales, Secondary Sales

+Coverage: Number of stores which the distributor needed to cover, coverage of each product in stores

+Display and promotion of goods in the market(Massive display, OCD display, and Perfect Store): Implement all promotions and display programs following the company's regulations to achieve the set goals.

+HD Bank Credit Card Project: Program between Unilever and HD Bank to support retailers' capital.

+RSS- A digital transformation plan of Unilever to provide customers an ordering application with many attractive promotions and meet the sudden demand: ensuring installing app rate, sales, eco on the app,...

- Directly participate in the recruitment, training (on-boarding), coaching, and performance management of the staff at the distributor.

- Building and dividing sales routes (beat plan), drawing sales route diagrams (beat map) according to the company's regulations.

- Managing warehouse of distributor: stock, equipment,...

Skill gained:

+Strong leadership skills, having experience in leading a group of team members: organizing meetings with the distributor, salesman to review KPIs, leading a team of 12 salesmen to deliver KPIs.

+Strategic Planning: Using historical data and applying Unilever's orientation to execute by monthly plan, weekly plan at distributor: growth by primary and secondary sales, detail in categories, display, effective application RSS,...

+Teamwork skill: Working with other stakeholders ( Unilever, distributor, third party like Acacy,..) to deliver KPIs Negotiation skill:

+Negotiate with the founder/operation manager of the distributor to have a working plan that follows the direction of Unilever effectively.

+Logical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and multitasking.

+Data-driven and analytical skill with Excel: Using Power PI to analyze data to work with the distributor which helps to follow all KPIs in a month by the daily report, MTD report.Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal

- Supporting taking care 1 distributor - Vinh Giang, TO: 26 billion with 33 salesmen together with a DME supervisor.

- Managing a small team in sub-site of distributor, TO 6 billion, 8 salesmen to ensure this team reach all assigned target: secondary sales, display, coverage,...

- Directly participate in the recruitment, training (on-boarding), coaching, and performance management of the staff at the distributor.

- Building and dividing sales routes (beat plan), drawing sales route diagrams (beat map) according to the company's regulations.
