Dealing and Closing Big Contract worth from 50,000 USD - 2,2 Million USD

Setup and deploy CRM systems from the beginning for companies

Plan and deploy KPI sysyems for companies

Manage marketing activities: FB Ad, Google Adwords, Email Marketing, etc

2. GENERAL MANAGER - A Au Group 

Support Management operations in 03 different fields:

- Study Abroad - Immigration

- Restaurant

- Wedding Center

Support and part of Management Team for Revenue - Cost - Operation in the whole system

- Generate over 70 Billion VND / year

- Manage over 300 employees

 Plan and deploy KPI sysyems for companies

Manage marketing activities: FB Ad, Google Adwords, Email Marketing, etc

Recruit and train staffs

Control operations in daily activities

Discuss with Board of Chairmen about Long-term goals for companies

Enforce regulations and solve problems with governments during operation

Control finance activities to ensure P&L in operations

Negotiate with clients and partners

3. PRESIDENT ASSISTANT – A Au Group 

Support President handling important tasks in different fields

Consult the direction of operation for President

Manage Student Recruitment Department specializing on study abroad field

Ensure smooth operation and quality of services

Meet and discuss with foreign partners of partnership and future plan
