1. TOKYO DELI SUSHI RESTAURANT May 2014 – Sep 2014 Position: Cashier, Receptionist, Server. 

- Welcome customers, arrange seats, and determine their orders.

- Process customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.

- Ensure all orders are delivered to customers in a timely manner.

- Serve customers and help them solve potential problems during the meals

- Receive cash and return the correct change.

- At the end of each shift, tally money in the cash drawer.

- Clean and arrange eating, service, and kitchen spaces.

- Help kitchen staff if needed.

2. TUTOR Dec 2014 – April 2016 

- Meet student and go over their homework assignments.

- Review recent homework assignment and test scores, and work through problems or questions that the students did not answer correctly.

- Communicate with parents about trouble areas or any other issue that requires attention.

3. CGV CINEMA May 2016 – Mar 2017

- Welcome guests, sell tickets, food and drink based on their demands.

- Solve any problems relating to bookings, seating arrangements, F&B, etc.

- Deal with any disturbances that may occur during the show.

- Provide information and explanations about Vietnam as well as each destinations during the tour (culture, history, local life, customs, etc.) honestly without prejudice.

- Search, select, and translate information of the tour’s sites into English.

- Cooperate well with guide team and ensure the best experience and safety for customers in the tour.

- Train new guides in both English skills and tour knowledge

5. FREELANCE TOUR GUIDE Dec 2017 - now

- Check all information (van, restaurants, accommodations, sites, services, etc.) before guiding tourists.

- Provide accurate information and answer any questions.

- Provide directions to tourists who would like to check out a specific area

. - Monitor the behavior of the group, especially children, and ensure everyone remains in compliance with the rules.

- Solve problems under any circumstances.

6. VIETNAM CRAZY TOUR Jan 2018 - now

- Provide accurate information not only some famous tourist attractions but also other sides of HCMC (such as slum areas, local markets, Saigon by midnight, spiritual areas, incredible foods and drinks, etc).

- Ensure tourists satisfaction and safety until the end of the tour.
