1. MAY 2019- PRESENT: NGUYEN HOANG GROUP – SALES & MARKETING TEAM LEADER OF ISCHOOL. 

- Work at Head Office in HCMC of International Integration Education – ISCHOOL which was established in 2008 as a school system providing education programs to student from kindergarten to high school & present in 12 provinces across the country.

- Research and analyse a variety of market information: competitor information, product, price, competitor’s product, consumer’s insight & need, …. as the base to support develops the marketing plans/projects to build the awareness, consumer’s trust on ISCHOOL products & recruit the new students for each campus.

- Work with creative team for new ideas, POSM design, digital content, ….

- Identify the appropriate marketing channels to target the right target audience for each period of school year & propose to Deputy marketing manager & Marketing manager.

- Work with third party to execute the events & activation campaigns, also make sure that it reaches the KPI.

- Work closely with the admission department & the monitor of each campus in province to identify the pro & con’s => input their marketing campaign proposals & also manage the marketing budget & expenses of each campus for the best effectiveness.

- Reports findings and results to upper management and executives

- Maintains and updates company website, intranet site and internal marketing pages

2. 06/2015- 03/2019: UNIVERSITY OF GREENWICH (VIET NAM) - MARKETING EXECUTIVE cum DEPARTMENT TREASURER. 

- Build relationship with the monitor of high schools & get contact/data of 12-grade students for tele sales program later.

- Deal with high school to run the events at school & with the support of school teachers to introduce about university program/necessary knowledge to convince them to apply for University of Greenwich (Viet Nam) UoGVN.

- Organize the activation booths & activities at the global education fair, entrance university consulting exhibition in HCMC or provinces… which aims to increase the brand awareness, visibility & opportunity to approach potential customers.

- Get the data of students who fails the oversea study application & pass them to tele sales team for next approach.

- Present the program to students in the high school every Monday

- Build relationship with parents and students to consult/advise on UoGVN’s programs

- Make the surveys to understand well about competitors, their activities … & make proposal to marketing manager on the tactical activities or plans how to attract more students.

- Lead the bidding process of POSM production: Brochure, flyer, banner ... work with the suppliers until product delivery.

- Be the key person to handle all the process of cash advance & payment for whole marketing department including keeping advanced cash for department.

3. 04/2013 – 03/2015: SOFITEL LEGEND METROPOLE HANOI- WAITER 

- Welcome Guests & recommend them to the table.

- Invite them to try new dishes/specialties from the menu

- Take order & deliver to relevant stake holders to accomplish the order in shortest time with the standard of 5-star restaurant.

- Care the guests carefully & take quick action on their demands; get the feedbacks on the dish/service quality & share with team for learning.

- Do the payment process (take the bill from cashier, present to your dear guests & take money)

- Solve all Guests’’ complaints or issues in the assigned zone

- Assist the guests in the swimming pool areas on their demand of foods & drinks

- Help them if they have any issue in the pools (as I can swim well).
