Main responsibilities:

Main responsibilities:

-Design operating procedures for live and online classes, and build an operation timeline. Coordinate with the IT department and content editor to develop processes and regulations to improve work quality and find ways to improve and adjust processes to bring better efficiency.

- Build and assign customer care tasks: Make training slides, build and train employees to care for the existing 30000 students and potential students in the future via phone, email,zalo OA, and chatbots.

- Collaborate with other departments to develop processes and applications for students participating in the digital transformation process.

- Training, guiding and supporting departments during operation.

-Resolve questions, and feedback and satisfy customers during service use: Directly input customer requests/reflections into the system and transfer information to responsible departments for settlement.

-Set up groups to implement activities that can collect customer information at schools, organize events, and link schools (high schools, universities, ...).

-Find an approach, and invite customers to experience the German learning program at the center.

-Maintaining and developing potential customers in the business field of the center: registration and application for apprenticeship: tourism and hotel, nursing, beauty, and train driving.

6. Vtoco Consulting and Research Company Limited - Tourism Development Projects Research Officer 

-Participate in the implementation and coordination of domestic and international tourism development projects with partners who are non-governmental organizations, ministries - state departments, localities, businesses ...
