Main responsibilities:

- Sourcing, finding the resources for any places to get the best price and quality

- Analyzing and researching for all competitors to make decision what is the hot trend,the target customers and also the price for each product 

- Writing content and uploading product advertising post via various channels 

- Introduce, consult products and answer customers' queries via phone as well as messenger 

- Managing and controling stocks in and out also the cash flow to conduct some events to encourage and attract to customers like discount, promotion,gift

- Make report monthly about sales product, profit also the category for fashion

- Supporting by using Facebook-ads to promote as well as running marketing for new customer

2. SONION VIETNAM (SAIGON HI-TECH PARK, DIST.9) - Lean Coordinator (Project management of continuous improvement)

- Supporting,auditting,and improving 5S and point Kaizen activities at all area in company

- Managing and mantaining the KPI for point Kaizen and 5S to reach the target at the end of year by internal system

- Supporting and training for point Kaizen with Lean members: Coordinating and holding some tasks and activities with team member in production line and back office

- Leading,managing,and consulting for improvement events to motivate and coordinate with team member when project kicked-off until it is completed

- Standardizing templates, documents for training, reporting and make new one if any

- Sharing the process/procedure for Production and Maintenance Department "How to become an improvement event leader for each project"

3. BITI'S VIETNAM - Supply Chain Executive

- Managing inventory and stocks level to makesure that they are suitable for factory andwarehouse in maintaining and selling products,avoiding exceeding inventory levels

- Controlling and following up the supply chainof materials as well as the finished product todispatch to DC and retail shop

- Using SAP to run T-codes and create new POin order to respond as well as following uporder delivery date between the factory to DCand the quantity of inventory in warehouse ateach retail shop

-Conducting a balance and adjustment forresources between factory and retail shop

4. MERCEDES-BENZ VN - Logistics Coordinator ( Internship Contract 6 months)

- Warehouse Management: Support Warehouse Supervisor to redesign the rack system for spare part followed rule "one bin one station" in production line

- Drawing the materials flow and transportation map for internal warehouse area to minimize total travel distance for forklifts

- Assisting Inventory Control to create PO and new item in SAP 

- Leading the small group ( about 10 members) to accomplish process for scrapping parts by scrapping up and taking picture then making report to Logistics Manager

  - Logistics Procedure: Coordinating with Supervisor at each Production,Quality,Liaison Office for claim process
