● Monitor quality system, ensure equipment performance is maintained and controlled

. ● Detect the cause of device performance degradation and come up with relevant solutions, continuously provide improvement plans

. ● Analyze data, evaluate operation quality to give timely warnings to other departments

-Pmanagement: Planning and managing project personnel, costs, operations, risk management and progress reporting;

- Project coordination, practical implementation and monitoring; Evaluating the improvement effectiveness of the project and submit the completion report

. • Results: Improve device performance from 71.5% to 83.4% in 2 years (2020 – present). Ensure the effectiveness of each project is maintained during mass deployment. Achieve the award of being the department with the best improvement results of the factory in the last 6 months of 2021, awarded directly by the CEO.

QUALITY ASSURANCE - QA

Control and be responsible for quality indicators for all models of a group of customers, including factory quality and customer quality.

• Provide a plan to prevent the risk of quality incidents for customers.

• Be a key member of development projects: Planning, developing problem solving plans, controlling and minimizing error rates at customers.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to handle incidents arising at customers: Confirm the scene, investigate the cause, offer solutions to improve the root cause and cause of errors, handle the goods with potential risk.

• Results: Complete the department’s goal by maintaining customer error rate below 500ppm. Early detection and handling of 3 quality problems arising on the production stage, preventing them from developing into incidents at customers. Achieve the best employee in the department in 2018 rewarded by Director of the department.

MODULE PROCESS QUALIFICATION – MPQ

• Prevent problems related to product quality, testing methods and product limits.

• Collaborate with relevant departments to agree and publish quality standards on limits and test plans for developed products before moving to mass production.

• Based on the change points of the new product, identify the quality risks that may arise on different stages. Request improvements and offer a plan to enhance the ability to detect errors.

• Results: Ensure the customer error rate in the first 3 months is equal to 90% of the mass product of the previous year. Ensure that there are no quality problems related to testing methods and product limits during this period
