I am a quality engineer with 5 years of experience in monitoring, being responsible for the quality indicators at quality control (QC) department, supervising the effectiveness of equipment performance, and with 2 years of experience as Assistant Manager. I work directly with Part Leader, in charge of Project Management which includes making plan, problem solving, improving continuously to increase quality, training and supervising team, practical implementation, measuring results. • Coordinate with relevant departments to handle incidents arising at customers: Confirm the scene, investigate the cause, offer solutions to improve the root cause and cause of errors, handle the goods with potential risk.
• Results: Complete the department’s goal by maintaining customer error rate below 500ppm. Early detection and handling of 3 quality problems arising on the production stage, preventing them from developing into incidents at customers. • Prevent problems related to product quality, testing methods and product limits.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to agree and publish quality standards on limits and test plans for developed products before moving to mass production.
• Based on the change points of the new product, identify the quality risks that may arise on different stages. Request improvements and offer a plan to enhance the ability to detect errors.
• Results: Ensure the customer error rate in the first 3 months is equal to 90% of the mass product of the previous year. Ensure that there are no quality problems related to testing methods and product limits during this period
