I graduated from Ton Duc Thang University with a major in International Business. After that, I did an internship at DKSH company as a trainee. During my work, I am highly appreciated for my ability to analyze data, good communication skills, and maintain good relationships. I have experience in
tracking orders from the first stage until the goods reach the customer, assisting in handling product
complaints. Above all, I easily adapt to teamwork, participating in work exchanges between
stakeholders to make final decisions. As a young generation as well as the main human resource in thenear future, I completely accept overtime to ensure the work is completed according to the deadline, so I hope to be a piece of the puzzle in the company.

1. Demand Planner Intership - Healthcare - DKSH Holding
- Create PO based on request to import products about the business
- Using SAP to conduct daily stock investigations including stock adjustments, stock variance queries; report any issues arising
- Check price, VAT, import tax, exchange rate and currency to confirm PGR for shipment received
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to update all systems including receiving goods, adjusting inventory
- Allocating goods based on two methods EMS and BTA
- Run PO pending for resolving in the beginning of every month
2. Document staff - Intership- Vship Logistics and Trading
- Understanding the overall importing procedure by Sea
- Transport and learning how to inspect/control shipment.
- Doublecheck House/Master Bill of Lading to make sure the information is totally correct
- Leaning how to use ECUS5, payment e-Port via the website of Saigon New Port and submit C/O for VCCI &
- Ministry of Foreign Trade
