Created and developed a fanpage to approach potential clients and revise marketing strategies.

Processed communication through Youtube and Zalo group with over 200 members to raise brand awareness for increasing the company's sales.

Assisted to create content and promote Marketing materials for Stockwin fanpage which led to over 1,000 followers.

Been responsible for doing market research and generating weekly market reports to update financial market trends and reach potential customers.

Participated in updating data process by several tools such as Amibroker, Excel, and online analytic platforms.

2. Securities Assistant - FPT Securities (FPTS)

Proactively developed customer network through cold calling and Zalo group.

Implemented strategic consulting procedure and investment portfolio for supporting existing clients.

Managed tasks related to securities trading and account services.

Involved in producing in-depth financial reports to adjust strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness.

Provided support and assistance in delivering corporate news to enhance related skills such as presentation skills and copywriting

3. Admission Advisor Intern - British University Vietnam - Academic Department

Implemented administrative tasks including managing important documents, and necessary materials for all students.

Counseled and advised students and families about educational opportunities, admission, transfer of credit, financial assistance, and university policies and requirements.

Entered and updated student information in the database. Supported transferring the paperwork, and office supplies (stationary, consumables, etc).

Been in charge of department's stamps: documents sealed and stamped, collected and filed department documents

4. Sales & Marketing Intern- British University Vietnam - Student Recruitment Department

Collaborated with the Admission Department to advise and support new students with information on BUV.

Actively sought out customers' feedback through cold calling (30 calls per day) and gathered insight to develop strategic planning for future campaigns.

Conducted successfully a communication and marketing strategy for the "BUV Information Hub" fanpage, with the result of increasing the number of followers from 1,000 to 2,000 within 2 months and an average of 300 interactions per day.

Measured the coverage of social media posts on a weekly basis to create suitable plans for reaching potential audiences more effectively.
