• Operation management: Manage a team of 12-15 members to operate molding machines for 24/7 production, deliver critical business including perfect quality, perfect machine performance with PR > 90%, material utilization > 99%, reduce 70% time and effort in operation by simplify works, implement new method, improve work[1]process, etc.

• Value creation: Increase productivity of operation by 7% per year by building team capability and transferring complicated projects into shift level. Team members are developed to lead projects to deliver cost-saving solutions, innovation, simplification solution to reduce 70% non[1]value added works.

• Cost management: control operation cost including maintenance, capital, contractor cost, expense for consumable, project and spare part to meet annual budget; Inventory management and follow up of all production issues and monitor their cost impact; Analyze and develop glidepath for cost saving portfolio, define strategy and priority, manage project implementation.

• Lead the Material-Process-Development group which is a blended and agile organization that grows business by delivering innovative global cost saving solutions for material, product; build others organization capability to drive End-to-End implementation and deliver supply assurance

• Project & Program leader for implementing costing saving projects to study and change material for production which brought $2.5 million saving/year.

• Supply chain management: Implement project changing material to adapt with interruption from our supplier which resulted in 0 supply interruption, even in Covid-19  pandemic. Build local suppliers capability to adapt with requirement of P&G and maximize profit through local sources.

• Build Supply chain and material analysis and benchmarking material/product cost with other plants to  build a full analysis of material optimization solution and  established cost-saving portfolio in 3-5 years for the plant.

• Organization capability development: Transfer capability  of global R&D team to plant team (technical engineering team, QA, on knowledge of project execution, validation process, statistic analysis for studying and assessment for new process. Develop sufficient resource to enable plant

leading critical global projects

• Cost management: Provide benchmarking and analysis for material and product cost, define cost saving portfolio for 3-5 years. Work in conjunction with factory and relevant departments to ensure maximum profitability. Prepare of annual budget, forecast, and Cost Management plan including updates for approval by Top Management and set priority to implement cost-saving project with lowest  expense and highest possibility.
