1. VIETNAMWORKS / Digital Marketing Executive
Vietnamworks is top recruitment site, which operates as a recruitment website offering online employment and recruitment services. As a Digital Marketing Executive, I worked closely with several tasks below:
- Receive briefs from sales team and plan digital marketing campaigns to achieve client’s objectives
- Build up ideas (content/visual) for new landing page, maintain webpage and optimize user experience to increase conversion rate
- In charge of the social media and email marketing content/visual planning in collaboration with the copywriters and the designer
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook ads, Instagram, LinkedIn.
- Participate in relevant online discussion groups and communities across channels for seeding
- Track & measure performance to capture all digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Insight, MailChimp) - Plan and manage the budget assigned to make the best ROI of it
2. FRIESLANDCAMPINA VIETNAM / Marketing Staf
Royal Friesland Campina N.V. is a Dutch multinational dairy cooperative which is based in Amersfoort, Netherlands. In Friesland Campina, my duties were:
- Plan and execute POSM inventory and installation at market.
- Analyze the General Trade Performance (Growth, Distribution, EIE, Category segmentation etc,..)
- Manage the Channel Activation budgets, with monthly and quarterly reviews.
- Coordinate with Regional Sales and Marketing teams to execute Channel Plans
3. ECAVA in Malaysia/ Online Marketing Executive (Based on Global Talent program of AIESEC organization
Ecava started in 2005 with the mission to bring web technologies to industrial automation by building a new web based SCADA from the ground up. In Ecava, my main responsibilities were to:
- Market research, competitor research and customer insight research
- Maintain and develop social media presence, including create content, design visual and optimize organic reach on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest.
- Analyze A/B tests, communicate results and provide recommendations
- Analyze keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns via Google Adwords (GDN, SEM), Facebook Ads, LinkedIn ads.
4. CEDAR MEDIA / Part-time job - Digital Marketing Assistant
- Create and manage social media profiles according to the guidelines provided by the Company
- Research and publish new content (images, video, links, status updates), respond to friend comments, and make new friends according to the guidelines provided by the Company
