Serving and assisting the customers when they come to Chit Chat Restaurant. Handle problems in the front house: receiving room service orders, supporting together with the Kitchen department, setting up meals for guests or common requests,…

3. Customer Service – Sale Online in TASTY Kitchen restaurant ( Đại Việt Group) 

Replying and taking the order of customers from Facebook, Hotline, Website, … and running the Team and personal KPIs.

Assisting and receiving feedback if there are any problems, handling together with Operation department to solve the customers problems.

Planning with Team and Leader to get the suitable strategy and KPIs to attract B2C customers
