- In charge of onboarding Riders in Centrals
- Create an account and make sure the SOP of onboarding Riders in Central works smoothly Rider Service:
- Manage and handle channels: EmailForm, Chat, Offline (Offline: Central)
- Setup and monitor Chatbot (Tookan system)
- InterviewTraining and coach newbies oldbies agents
