- Dealer Network Development: Building and developing Wuling dealers network in Vietnam, especially key regions in (Vinh/Danang/,

-  Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives

- Establishing operation process and following Wuling Corporate Identity (GDSI).

2. VIETNAMNET ICOM- Hanoi, Vietnam - General Director Assistance 

Researching, designing, and implementing the E-Grab project (a platform providing electrical repair services through an application).

-  E-Grab proposal implementation: Writing business proposals, supporting GM negotiating with

- Collaborating with the Deloitte team to build a financial model, and due diligence in calling potential investors to join the project

-nPerforming financial modeling (DCF) and valuation (Market approach). Participate in Due Diligence (Financial, Tax, and Legal): prepare and manage data room, perform data validation and clarification, and participate in Due Diligence Q&A.

- Collaborating with EVN to set up project implementation methods (human resources, financial resources….)

2. HYUNDAI THANH CONG – Hanoi, Vietnam - Business Development & Management Senior 

- Dealer Network Development: Building and developing 30 dealers in Hyundai Dealer network in the Central and Southern Regions, especially key regions in (Vinh/Danang/ Binh Duong/ Ho Chi Minh, establishing operation process and following Hyundai Global Dealership Space Identity (GDSI). 

- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives

- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.

- Researching prospective investors in target markets.

- Researching government policy, from that suggesting sales policy to achieve the target – best-selling automotive brand in Vietnam.

- Leading an e-commerce team and working with banking partners such as VPB, MB, and Sacombank to implement Hyundai -an e-commerce website in Vietnam.

- Implementing several distribution channels to approach young customer (Hyundai Motor Studio, Hyundai City Store).

- Participating in EV projects, researching EV market, analyzing electric car product lines, cooperating with suppliers, in terms of battery charging stations, and planning to distribute EV product lines.

- Health-check: Implementing health-check procedures to identify dealers' sales activity issues, analyzing root causes affecting and then proposing potential solutions.

- Establish procedures, regulations, and standards training to apply

- Directly participate in teaching a number of compulsory training topics, basic skills for employees
