- Dealer Network Development: Building and developing 30 dealers in Hyundai Dealer network in the Central and Southern Regions, especially key regions in (Vinh/Danang/ Binh Duong/ Ho Chi Minh, establishing operation process and following Hyundai Global Dealership Space Identity (GDSI).
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
- Researching prospective investors in target markets.
- Researching government policy, from that suggesting sales policy to achieve the target – best-selling automotive brand in Vietnam.
- Leading an e-commerce team and working with banking partners such as VPB, MB, and Sacombank to implement Hyundai -an e-commerce website in Vietnam.
- Implementing several distribution channels to approach young customer (Hyundai Motor Studio, Hyundai City Store).
- Participating in EV projects, researching EV market, analyzing electric car product lines, cooperating with suppliers, in terms of battery charging stations, and planning to distribute EV product lines.
