1. Factory Improvement Manager - Main duty: system improvement
- Building a professional management system to meet the development of company. - Set up quality targets that are suitable and practical to the system.
- Reduce wastes in production activities in order to reduce production cost.
- Develop a set of performance apprisal standards commensurate with the employee's salary to encourage working spirit and increase employee income.
- Troubleshooting problem occurred at the others department to operate system smoothly and synchronized.
- Representative of BOM to receive and in charge of customer audit: Toshiba, TTI, Skeleton…
- General awareness training of Lean, 5S, Kaizen for all staff.
- Implement Lean, 5S, Kaizen to every production position and officer.
- Complete internal management software of company developed in other to forward 4.0 industry.
- Organizate and set up meeting between departments to exchange information and solve problem.
2. GS battery Viet Nam company limited
- Managing 4 sections of factory: Automotive battery, Forklift battery, Industrial battery, Pure water treatment & Waste water treatment.
- Subordinate in charge : 3 staffs, 7 Foremans, 129 workers
- Control production plan to meet customer’s orders and deliver product on schedule for especially customers such as: Toyota, Mercedes, Hino, Samco, Hyundai, TCIE, UMW.
- Responsible for ensuring quality of product on process.
- Manage employees and arrange their job to achieve the highest efficiency by restrict the line stop and redundancy of workers.
- Effectively manage production to achieve OEE taget by combining with maintenance member to improve machine.
- Responsible for managing, leading and supervising a team to achieve KPI.
- Making the countermeasure for line problem and NG product return from market, follow up action result until the problem closed.
- Develop skill for workers and staffs by establishing skill map.
- Continuous quality improvement on line by programs: Kaizen, 5S, QC patrol.
3. Showa Gloves Viet Nam company limited
- In charge of managing 120 workers, 6 lines and operations in line department from the process, people, machinery to ensure quality management system
- Responsibility for daily production and report directly to Japanese supervisor.
- Controling production process base on 4M principle to get both quality and quantity of product output are in target.
- Investigating and finding out the solution to solve and prevent problems that make defects gloves or reduce line productivity.
- Giving ideas to improve production process, decrease and rework reject products.
- Assigning and arranging manpower for the actual situation to achieve the maximum efficiency and ensure continuous production line.
- Training new staff about production process, specifications and tasks in line.
- Training workers annually about 5S and targets of line section.
- Evaluating workers annually.
