Job Responsibilities

-Building Successful Relationships that Generate Sales Opportunities • Works collaboratively with off-property sales channels to ensure sales efforts are coordinated, complementary and not duplicative.

- Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.

- Develops relationships within the community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities

- Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

- Provides accurate, complete and effective turnover to Event Management. Managing Sales Activities

- Participates in sales calls with members of a sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business.

2. LIV VACATION CLUB - CITADINES PEARL HOI AN - Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct sales call to all existing and new client to increase awareness and establish and supportive business relationship.

- Identify and seek out prospective clientele.

- Analyze and evaluate sales data. Discuss and establish strategies that will maximize the effectiveness of each activity.

- Liaise closely with the other departments to co-ordinate customer requests/requirements and ensure complete guest satisfaction.

- Participate in sales activities including sales trips, both individually and in conjunction with the sales team.

- Escort existing potential clients on side inspection to familiarize them with product. - Consult about the resort of LiV Resorts in the event held at the Company.

- Take care of potential customers

- Coordinate with the Marketing and Communications department to implement the service promotion and introduction plans

3. LOTTE LEGEND SAIGON HOTEL - Sales Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

- Professionally answer the telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner.

- Create new account profile on Opera System

- Support Sales team to prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g.,proposals, contracts, banquet event orders,...) -

Create and distribute reports necessary for the department.

- Respond to guest inquiries - inbound phone, written, advertising,.

- Conceptualize, draft and send well-constructed and professional correspondence and proposals.

- Host property tours, familiarizing customers and potential customers with property features, products and services.

- Maintain positive inner-hotel relationships with all hotel departments to expedite efficient communication.

- Maintain an organized professional-looking office environment.

- Maintain an accurate and easy-to-use filing system for storing sales documents.

- Other duties as assigned.

4. SHERATON SAIGON HOTEL & TOWER  - FO (Front Desk)

- Express check-in for guest in their room,

- Warm greeting guest, assist Front Desk, Club Lounge and Grand Tower Lounge.

- Coordinate closely with Bali air-port representation to make sure smooth in-room check-in for all guest using the airport pick up.

- Undertake duties by required by Front Office Manager/ Duty Manager/ Hotel Management.

5. SHERATON SAIGON HOTEL & TOWER - F&B The Lounge (internship)

- Serve as a waitress at The Lounge, rescue Saigon Cafe Restaurant. Learn about wine, cocktail and how to serve in a professional way.

6. RENAISSANCE RIVERSIDE SAIGON HOTEL - F&B service (internship) 

- Serve as a waitress at Viet Kitchen restaurant, rescue Sky Bar and China restaurant.

7. EQUATORIAL SAIGON HOTEL - F&B service, Housekeeping, Florist, Public Area

- Serve as a waitress at Chit Chat Restaurant, public area staff. Flexible jobs in the hotel.

8. GLORIOUS WEDDING AND EVENT- F&B service (part - itme)

- Serve as a waitress for wedding, events, ...etc
