1. AGARWOOD COMPANY LIMITED - Production Manager 

Main responsibilities: Strong management on planning, commercial and advisory tasks of the wood factory and timber trade and also manage purchasing, sales, customer service and marketing of wood and wood products.

- Plan and implement production schedules.

- Ensures production schedules are being met and resolves any production schedule issues.

- Coordinating with other departments to ensure production running smooth.

- Set the quality standards and monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control program

- Optimize production line, machines and equipment to eliminate waste, reduce cost and defections

- Responsible for developing, testing, modifying and creating solutions to technical problems.

- Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs.

- Propose methods to improve the system to improve productivity, product quality and reduce risks in production.

- Maintain and control all HSE activities as maintenance, fire prevention system, health and safety regulations so they follow international standards.

- Staff training and development according to job needs

2. NYG (VIET NAM) CO., LTD 

Handling all Buyers: Puma, ARC’TERYX, ADA, Adidas, Fedex, VF-The North Face, Nike, Tommy Bahama….

- Oversee the production process, coordinating all production activities and operations.

- lan and draw up a production schedule and capacity

- Decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate

- Select equipment and take responsibility for its maintenance

- Ensure that the production will be cost effective by estimating costs and negotiating and agreeing budgets with both clients and managers

- Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed. Find solutions and prevent waste as a way to reduce production costs.

- Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programme

- Organize the repair of any damaged equipment

- Liaise with different departments, teams and companies

- Manage all processes of garment factory management to be effective and performance specified by the custome

- Manage work to achieve the set goals. quality according to specified standards and succeeded in a timely manner

- Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all time

- Work with team to implement the company's policies and goals

-  Collate and analyse data, putting together production reports cut to ship.

- Supervise and motivate a team of workers

- Review worker performance and identify training needs.

- To perform Pre-Final inspection, Final Inspection follow AQL 2.5 before customer does final inspections as well as before releasing the shipment

3. FASHION GARMENTS 2 CO. LTD

- Coordinating with Mechanic Dept to arrange the machine as per layout.

- Checking the sample and balance operator in the line to meet the layout

- Checking time each sewing operation and set up the target to hit high efficiency

- Checking worker skill and guiding the good method to reduce the defect garment

- Support production to achieve the highest target.
