1. ESPRINTA (VIET NAM) CO., LTD (garment company-buyer: Reebok, Adidas, NB, Puma)

Position: Develop Merchandiser 

 Duties and Responsibilities:

- Receive document about new styles: sketch, tech patch from buyer side.

- Study about sewing construction and material usage to make document for sample room and pattern maker to create the sample.

- Finding and Order fab/material suitable for sample.

- Working with printing/embroidery companies to develop graphic if the sample have graphic.

- Checking sample (quality/workmanship/measurement..) before sending to buyer.

- Working with relate department in factory (sample room, pattern maker, technical, print/embroidery supplier…) about buyer comment from buyer to improve the sample until have final fit sample.

- Provide material price including MOQ to costing team for release FOB cost to buyer.

- Do bill of material, sketch, spec sheet (grading size) for bulk stage When develop sample is final,

- Receive purchase order for bulk and proceed to handover for bulk production team.

2. EINS VINA CO.LTD (Garment company-Buyer: Gap, Athleta, Banana) 

Position: Senior Merchandiser

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Receive summary order from head office.

- Check dyeing, printing, embroidery capacity for each company to ensure there is no problem with bulk production.

- If there is any subcontract can’t cover our capacity, will finding another suitable company.

- Arrange pre-production meeting with factory before start to bulk production.

- Follow up material status and call out to supplier if have any items can’t arrival to factory on time.

- Check and follow up garment/accessary test status to ensure have approved sample and certify for garment before shipment to different markets.

- Make shipping schedule for factory.

- Co-operation with factory and shipping department to ensure to all material can arrival to factory on time. All purchase orders can meet buyer’s ship cancel date.

- Working with buyer side about shipment schedule if there is any problem in production stage causing delay shipment…

3. Asmara international limited.. (Buyer following: ANN TAYLOR 

Position: Senior Merchandiser which support head business in charge Costing and follow up from develop sample → Shipment
