- Be in charge of production industry incluce Engineer, QA/QC, R&D, Procurement, Planning, Supply Chain, Warehouse,.. position. - Research into clients company

- Communicate with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals

- Search for potential candidates using hiring databases (CRM) and social media (Linkined, Facebook... )

- Screening and shortlisting applicants; as well as networking, headhunting, and referrals
