-  Receive and manage all documents and files from the reception and sales department.

- Check and ensure the accuracy of 100% of the documents and send them to the relevant departments for review, such as the accounting department and the board of directors

- Support sales department in reporting and analyzing business data, reports and insights collected from receptions, sales department process data/ aggregate data reports for branches.

- Monitor the progress of data entry from receptions and sales department.

- Prepare daily, monthly and quarterly sales reports.

- Assist in office administrative tasks.

2. VTCE EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT INVESTMENT JSC – VTC ACADEMY - Telemarketing Executive

VTC Academy is an IT training unit that exists in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City since 2010. VTC Academy has become the leading destination that international technology corporations look to to recruit talent.
