- Receive booking request from customers ( lane: Chittagong, Turkey, China, EU, Egypt, ...)

- Check schedule, rate with shipping line,agent to get booking confirmation and proceed DDP, DDU term if customer request.

- Arrange schedule and follow up on container stuffing: closing time, SI, empty pick up, ...

- Keep tracking shipments, update information to customers every week until goods arrive final destination and coordinate relevant departments, parties to solve problems arising during the delivery and receipt of goods (if any)

-Prepare and check documents: Sales contract ,SI,draft BL, CI, PL, draft CO form E -Issue invoices, credit note, debit once delivery done

-Coordinate with finance and sales team to make sure customer settle payment against contracts/ schedules
