1. Recruitment/ Talent Development:
Support Recruitment manager (RM) in planning & conduct annual
recruitment budget.
Work with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, update
JDs and propose suitable solutions under speci
c timelines.
Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, including job descriptions,
compensation surveys, candidate sourcing and screening, background
checking, interview process management and o

er management.
Recruit positions as required by the departments: C-Level/ Managers
(Deputy Director, Product Director, Content Director, Product Manager,
Technical Manager), Digital/Content/ Social Marketing, Web/Graphic/
UI/UX Designer; Senior Software Engineer (Java, C++/C#, PHP, NodeJS,
Python, .NET, React JS); System Engineer; QC/ QA Engineer; Tester
(Manual/ Auto); Mobile Developer (iOS, Android, React Native, Flu
er,
Window Phone); Frontend Developer; Devops Engineer, Data Scientist,
Data Engineer, Data Analyst, DBA, BA, Product Owner, Project Manager,
Network Engineer (all levels), Sales, Financial Analyst Expert, Risk
management Executive, Custormer/ Employee experience specialist,...
Ensure an optimal allocation of the recruitment budget to select and
negotiate appropriate advertising packages with websites that oerpaid job listings.
Evaluate and statistics the eectiveness of recruitment channels such as (Vietnamwork, Careerbuilder, TopCV, Careerlink,) and prepared weekly, monthly, quarterly headcount, and hiring report.
2. Join the implementation of the Recruitment teams projects:
Main responsibility for building the team in projects as Foxpay, Hi FPT
(HN), Join the other projects of the Recruitment team (Management
Trainee, Scholarships, Internship, Fresher Ambassador FPT, FPT tour ...)
Accountable for intensive consultative manpower allocation, new
business development, organizational development, and managing key
account relationships.
3. Employer Branding:
Devise a comprehensive communication strategy (online/ o
line) for
recruitment, talent acquisition, and enhancing the overall candidate
and employee experiences.
Undertake various recruitment activities, including designing both
internal and external recruitment communication materials,
composing internal communication emails, and managing posts on the
company's fan page, among others.
Facilitate school partnerships, constructing a well-structured program
for students, formalizing MOU collaborations, resource allocation, and
closely monitoring the plan's execution while addressing any arising
issues to ensure its e
icacy.

4. Training/ Supervision/ Team leader roles:
Assist in recruitment for provincial branches, conducting training and
supervision for Administrative HR specialists' recruitment activities.
Take charge of training and management interns and new employees.
Consult hiring managers on evaluation and interview skills.

Coordinate with HR Manager and Managers of Functional Departments
for grasp of the demand of labor and recruitment plan
Enhance recruitment advertisements across multiple channels and
conduct resume screening
Contact candidates to get more information, initially screen and
respond to questions of the candidate
Assist in conducting and coordinating recruitment activities: receive
CVs, inform interview schedule to candidate via phone call/email,
arrange interview schedule,...
Prepare necessary things for newcomers such as entry card, motorbike
registration, stationery... and make sure these new sta

2. C&B:
Monitor the implementation of labor regulations and other regulations
of the company
Prepare and issuing labor contracts and monitor the re-signing of labor
contracts of employees

Take charge of collecting aendance sheets and duties roster andconduct stas' payroll

Finalise paperwork for when a member of staleaves employment

Handle and controling social insurance procedures
