• Provide customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

• Perform clerical tasks such as document storage and daily mailing reports, including courier services for goods and insurance policy records. Also, check general bill of lading codes.

• Greet and assist guests, and prepare meetings for the entire company.

• Manage housekeeping and ensure cleanliness, as well as control access to the premises.

• Order office supplies, refreshments, fruits, flowers, and arrange tea breaks. Also, prepare gifts for the boss.

• Arrange flowers for the CEO and the office lobby.

• Support employees across the country with motorbike/car cards and taxi cards from Mailinh Group, Taxi Group, and Vinasun.

• Book air tickets, hotels, and assist with visa arrangements for bosses on business trips.

• Summarize payment receipts and work directly with vendors providing services to the company.

• Manage assets, maintain the office, and assist with preparing financial statements for the boss.

• Handle notifications for charges, internet cables, electricity bills, and office air-conditioning.

• Create educational materials for teachers to use.

• Facilitate communication between teachers and parents through daily text messages and share daily learning outcomes with parents.
