- In charge of R&D team, build up procedures and product scale. (Mentor team, Sale team and back-end departments)

2. AURA CAPITAL JOINT STOCK COMPANY - Executive Assistant to the Chairman

- Coordinates calendar, travel, meeting, and schedule arrangements for the Chairman

- Works closely with other departments to assure the Chairman’s preparation for meetings,presentations or other engagements

- Market research and contribute in R&D new products

- Event manager : Fully responsibility in all event online or offline of Group and customer

- Team lead of Sale and Marketing Departments.

- Investor Relation position, set up Investor Journey Map.

3. AIA VIETNAM - Personal Financial Advisor

- Find potential customers and figure out their needs

- Select suitable package for the customer's purpose: saving, protection or long-term investment.

- Advise on financial matters such as: cash flow, annual interest, payable fees

4. ROYAL PEARL - Store Manager

- Responsible for Store activities : Product, Staff, Stock and all Selling activities.

- Optimize, forecast and prepare business plan, directly report to Sale Director.

- Figure out customer behaviour and connect with potential partners to boost sales. Store KPI increased tripled after 4 months

. - Recruited and trained 3-5 new employees every two weeks on product information (Pearl), company procedure, working performance and customer service.

5. LUXHOMES REAL ESTATE COMPANY - Manager Assistant

Handle advertising of the property online.

- Assist in manage team of 6 senior staffs in Real Estate for new Project.

- Responsible for problem solving everyday between staffs and customer.
