1. SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER - D.C Technology 

D.C Technology Company, which established in 2000, is the leading of supplying precious metals' Hi-Tech industrial products used in various industries, include jewelry, electroplating on electronics and semiconductor, lab's equipment, etc.

As a Supply Chain Manager, in DC Technology, I manage 11 members, who cover all function in supply chain process, along with more than 3,000 items. The functions are:

- Demand Planning:

+ Issue new production code with suitable categories;

+ Give forecasting model (safety stock, re-order point, ...) base on goods characteristics (Machine and material), strategy (make to order and make to stock), leadtimes (7 - 150 days), MOQ, seasonal adjustment, ... ;

+ Cooperate with Sales Department to finalize forecast (weekly, monthly) and issue purchase request (PR);

+ Forecast measurement (weekly, monthly, quarterly).

- Purchase:

+ Sourcing product/supplier base on Purchase request and negotiate price;

+ Order goods from supplier;

+ Update new production and target from supplier;

+ Evaluate supplier (yearly);

+ Maintain relationship with supplier.

2. LOGISTICS AND WAREHOUSE MANAGER - Hung Phat fruits producing Company Limited (Andros Asia)

Andros Asia is a member of Andros, producing many kinds of products, from frozen fruit, frozen puree to jam for both B2B and B2C . As Logistics & Warehouse Manager, I manage all activities of Logistics and Warehouse Department (include 25 members).

3. LOGISTIC LEADER - Branch PetroVietnam Technical Service Corporation - Long Phu 1 Thermal Power Plant Project Board (PTSC POWER)

PTSC Power is a member of Consortium Contractors (PTSC Power - PJSC Power Machine) of Long Phu 1 Thermal Power Plant Project. During working time at PTSC Power, I promoted from Logistics Executive to Logistics Leader and take responsibilities:

- Control workload of 4 members in Logistics team.

- Update Delivery Schedule plan of Goods, Material and Equipment of Project.

- Renew Procedure for receipt, inspection and acceptance Goods of Project.

- Check imported documents to ensure this is synchronization with project as well as Vietnam Customs regulation.

- Review Method of transportation from 3PL for Oversize, Overweight Cargo;

- Cooperate with 3PL for Customs Clearance, receiving Goods at Port, observing transporting from Port to Site as well as loading and unloading Goods.

- Hand over Goods to Material Control team at Site, check and ensure storage conditions in compliance with Supplier's instructions.

- Process payment for 3PL monthly.

- Maintain relationship with customs office.

3. LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE - Otsuka Thang Nutrition Co.,

Otsuka Thang was established in Vietnam in 2012 as a business unit of nutritional products of Otsuka Pharmaceutical Group. During the working time at Otsuka Thang, I promoted from Logistics staff to Logistics Executive with the role as below:

- Manage Logistics Team to proceed logistics work of Company, divide and control workload of 5 members in Logistics team.

- Participate in set up Logistics team and Logistics procedure of company.

- Cooperate with Sale Department to make imported plan of products from Indonesia.

- Cooperate with 3PL company for customs clearance and release goods from Port.

- Control the operation of warehouse (include main products as well as POSM)

- Ensure to deliver shipment on time.
