I am passionate about Banking industry, especially Cash Management Operations and I am trying to become an expert in this field. With a Bachelor's degree in International Economics, I have a strong foundation in global trade, finance, and commerce. Also, I have over three years of experience in banking operations as a banking officer at Techcombank and United Overseas Bank, specializing in Cash Management and Trade Finance.

1. ACCOUNT SERVICE AND PAYMENT PROCESSING OFFICER, TECHCOMBANK
Deposit and account services:
-Manage and ensure timely process of Account opening, maintenance, closure
-Customer balance confirmation, Audit confirmation -Perform sanction screening
-Implementation of policies and procedures, workflow and risks management.
-End of day reconciliation and daily voucher filing
-Perform other account management services: update customer information, sign up for Ebanking, sign up for fax/email indemnity
-Work in close partnership with Sales, Products, Client Services
Payment process:
-Verify payments, make calls from customers to confirm with customer for fax transactions
-Check and ensure that all transactions are processed: Check compliance of supporting documents and sanction screening, make transactions accurately and timely, handle cash, funds transfers, payment related investigations (Domestic remittance: about 30 orders per day, Overseas remittance: about 20 orders per day), ensure that all transactions are processed in a complete, accurate manner
-Implement, update and comply with the Procedure manual, internal rules, Bank rules and local regulations including interaction with internal and external stakeholders
-Capture payment transactions: end of day reconciliation, cash balancing and vouchers and daily voucher filing, ensure transactions and reports executed correctly and report any discrepancies timely to reduce processing risk
-Maintain and improve the delivery of customer service, provide high service quality to all level of customers: response to inquiries from both inter-company and corporate clients on transactions
-Timely escalation to Team Leader/Dept Head any abnormal issue: check Swift, check inquiries from partner banks; follow instructions and complete the assignment by Managers
-Support and back-up for staff within Operations, co-ordinate with the various departments to comply with State Bank of Vietnam on foreign exchange transactions and internal procedures
2. CREDIT SUPPORT INTERN, BIDV BANK
-Monitor loan disbursement and repayment with daily transaction, manage Customer credit limit.
-Assist Relationship Manager to process credit application & contract
-Analyze financial statement & report
-Serve and maintenance relationship with customers
3. CASH OPERATIONS OFFICER, UNITED OVERSEAS BANK
-Process payment related transactions and activities (Overseas remittance: about 40 orders per day): receiving, checking and verifying applications
-Ensure all daily transactions are accurately processed and captured in systems. Report discrepancies, if any, to supervisor promptly.
-Maintain filing documents properly, make and collect Imperfection list of customer who to fulfill all defered documents. -Perform the daily reconciliation
-Apply quality services to clients -Support and back-up for staff within team and/or Operations ensuring good team-work and collaboration culture
4. CREDIT ADMIN INTERN, KEB HANA BANK HCMC
-Assist Relationship Manager promoting and delivering credit products and services
-Work with Operations to ensure smooth processing of transactions
-Prepare customer documentation and ensure credit rating reviews completed
5. CASH SALES INTERN, UNITED OVERSEAS BANK
-Instruct customers to fill in forms: Internet Banking, Time Deposit, Remittance
-Work with Operating Center to ensure transaction is conduct appropriately
-Clean, calculate and analyze database for monthly report -Introduce customer Cash management products
