1. Product Owner Works in Savemoney - Insurance Platform | OCT 2018 - APR 2020
Actively participate in product design including persona, CJM, USM. Create Inception Deck to align stakeholder (1 CEO, 1 COO, 1 TD and Scrum Team( 1 Tech Lead, 1 Team Lead, 1 SM, 2 QCs, 2 BAs, 6 Developers) in the product/project
Develop User Story & manage Product Backlog (including prioritizing & organizing backlog items such as US, bug, technical task)
Work closely with CEO to negotiate the product feature priority & increment
Communicate & work closely with Dev Team/ QC/ SM in product strategy & roadmap to make sure USs are understood correctly & make adjustment in time if needed through Scrum ceremonies
Work with 1 designer to create UI-UX flow
Work with 2 QCs to create test case/ test suite for automation test
Do & manage project documentation (product & process documentation)
Run 2 projects until now (Microinsurance on VNPT VAS, & Insurance Portal in NamA Bank)
