Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
Do report about revenue for Operations Director at the end of the shift.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Overseeing the activities and performance of staff and center.
Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
Developing team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education
Working with construction team for arranging new center
2. CALIFORNIA MANAGEMENT GROUP (CMG - ASIA) - Member Service Manager
- Opearting Fitness club with 2500 members check in per day with Capacity 6000 m2 with 4 floor including swimming pool, spa services, kid club.
- Managing operation team with 4 supervisors, 30 member service staffs, 1 maintenance supervisor, 2 maintenance officer 12 sercurities, 22 cleaners, 1 pool supervisor, 2 pool guard attendance, 1 child care supervisor, 1 child care officer, 4 spa therapist to make sure the fitness club running well.
