1. Head of online promotion & digital marketing, GO! Hyper (a member of Central Retail Vietnam): Mar 2021 - Sep 2022.
- Sale performance: Be responsible for developing and implementing IMC plan to reach sales target of omnichannel, which is strategic sales channel of Central Retail Group in Vietnam.
- Product growth: Create insightful features to conquer customer loyalty, run campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Promotion campaign & branding: Develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns to acquire,
engage and retain prospects and customers throughout the different channels: social media,
automation marketing, trade marketing, partnership etc.
2. Head of marketing, ECPAY: Sep 2019 – Feb 2020
- Develop UX/UI e-wallet & merchant portal, gains 2x speed in UI and simply UX
- Management, Coaching and manage 22 headcounts included of 4 teams: Branding team,
Marketing team (Product marketing & Trade marketing), UX/UI team, and content team.
- Branding, Achieved Top 50 strongest Vietnamese brands in 2019. And conducted brand essence
and CIP (Corporation Identify Program)
- Implement Marketing, resulted in 500 branches launched with new visual/concepts
- Deliver strategic planning meet chairman’s requests
3. Head of marketing & sales of Digital banking (OCB OMNI), OCB: May 2018 – Aug 2019
- Product growth: Work closely with the tech team and product team to develop features of
OMNI OCB (Digital banking) such as online registration of loans, credit cards, individual
accounts, and utilities for both mobile application and website. In addition, set up campaigns to
drive sales and enhance brand awareness.
- Leverage OCB branding positioning, gains from top 5 to top 2 among commercial banks (B level) within 9 months. Leading brand awareness of the first omni-channel banking in VN
- Customer acquisition, contribute to breakthrough OCB milestone of serving 1M individual
consumers with 50% of them rooted from online channel and excel 300% KPI.
- Establish and lead in-house marketing, aiming to drive digital sales and build up a digital
ecosystem from Web, App, AI learning, Chatbot, Programmatic, Big data-driven, e-wallet...
4. PR & Digital marketing Operation manager, BIZEYES & SQUAREGROUP: 2012 -2018
- Established and lead digital marketing department, coaching digital transformation among line
departments
- Develop IMC planning strategic (360 degree marketing), lead project from brainstorming,
planning, project implement, and KPI measurement & analytics
