1. ELV and HVAC Site Engineer - MTCC 

- Working as Elv and Air-conditioner Supervisor.

+ For ELV system includes CCTV, Data - Tell, Access control, Car-parking, Video Door Phone, PA.

+ For Air-conditioner: set up, maintain Air-conditioner for the control room.

- Supporting the Project manager to manage all the activities relating to the setup of the ELV system on the constructions site.

- Leading the worker team, maintenance team of the company and the subcontractors to set up and renovate the Elv system for the apartment, the office, the building...

- Ensuring that the working on site must suit government, the investor regulations and environmental, health and security standards.

- Responsible for managing the process of the project, and ensuring this must execute on the limited time.

- Writing the daily report about the process of the project and report this for the Project manager in the weekly meeting. Performing the quality assurance document for these systems.

- Other tasks assigned by management
