As a Business Development Manager at SMH Rail Group, I apply my 10+ years of experience and Harvard Business certification to expand and strengthen the company's presence and influence in the South-East Asian market. SMH Rail Group is a leading provider of innovative and sustainable solutions for the green power system railway sector, with a vision to enhance mobility, connectivity, and safety for millions of people. My core competencies include new business development, project planning, and handling multiple projects simultaneously. I leverage my extensive network, product knowledge, and technical skills to identify and pursue new opportunities, build and maintain strategic partnerships, and deliver value-added solutions for our customers. - Manage projects related to Green Power System, Petroleum, Railway and Industrial applications, which include Caterpillar OEM engineering. Oversee green energy and transportation prime product development. Spearhead and develop innovative business plans to improve the Power System's market position. Communicate and support partnerships with Viet Nam’s Ministry of Science and Technology executives. Collaborate with Power System Director and General Director to formulate annual operating plans and performance targets.

- Built unified sales, projects and service groups for all market sectors, Caterpillar products, and service ranges in the country.

- Granted gold medal in 2012 issued by Viet Nam’s Ministry of Science and Technology

- Received awards by Caterpillar: a trip to the Caterpillar factory and a US holiday trip for 3 weeks in Sep 2013

3. MTU VIET NAM LTD - Country Product Support Manager - ROV Vietnam, Singapore Representative Office in Hano

- Performed speaking engagements as needed to market and promote the company. Recruited and maintained a sales and service team, including company staff and independent service dealers, to markets product and service ranges conducted under the General Director. Administered annual operating plan and performance targets in conjunction with executives. Trained service engineers while orchestrating the daily operations of product support, including answering service enquiries. Established the MTU Viet Nam's workshop and track customer records. Performed testing and maintenance on all MTU electric engines. Utilized DiaSys software, Detroit Diesel Link, and Electronic Control Unit (ECM) programs.

- Presented company materials on Onsite Energy at multiple events in Vietnam and Singapore. - Promoted to Account Manager for Energy Power System and Railway Viet Nam in charge of devising strategies to improve the energy and railway's marketing towards professional businesses.

- Led the Hanoi Engineering Team in speaking, troubleshooting, and installing Caterpillar engines for railways, petroleum, marine, generators, and industrial situations

- Worked as a Power Generator Engines & Gas Turbines supervisor, Co-operation Maintenance & repairing team for PPD - CTK3 of Solar Gas Turbines in Vietsovpetro and maintenance & repairing all Russia Generator Diesel engines of all 16 Platforms (Rig) of White Tiger Field of Vietsovpetro on Offshore.

- Provided good service and advice, understand and help the Crude Oil Platforms and Rig define their needs in Gas Turbines maintenance schedule.

- Provided new ideas and methods to to improve service level, workflow and working methods

5. PETROVIETNAM MANPOWER TRAINING COLLEGE - Diving and Subsea Engineering Teacher

International Subsea Engineering Technology (ISET) of UK and Norway Under Water (NUW) - Division in PetroVietnam Manpower Training College. Diving Safety Teacher and Data Recorder as Assistant of Diving Safety Teacher for Diving General Manager of UK' s Inspection Diving International Subsea Engineering Technology (ISET) - Liaise Data Recorded Under Water Survey with Vietsovpetro and Lloyd’s Register.
