costs, lead time; applying procedures of end-user (0% missing or non-awareness due to using email or
internal portal before); and

• Implemented internal audit activities (building checklists, audit plan, follow up corrective action);
• Be in charged of preparing internal audit reports periodically for the team; and
• Implemented internal audit for two specific fields (food and environmental safety) by testing the qualification
standard of food, wastewater and waste classification in every business unit.
Achievement
• 97% the audit plan completed;
• Due to the COVID-19, created the contest for nearly 1000 candidates replaced the annual internal audit
onsite (created agenda for many specific cases, exam questions); and

• Built procedures for the new project - FPT Smart Home;
• Handled ad-hoc task related to the sale and warehouse team.
Achievement.

• Built SOP and evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards (CQM Inhouse, BPOs);
• Reviewed the efficiency of quality and inspection of quality system daily and periodically;
• Investigated every issues related to the cheating on app and bad behavior to the customer of the food
delivery person;
• Analyzed CSAT, DSAT indicator to improve the SOP and satisfaction of the food delivery person; and
• Revised the policy of food delivery person.
Achievement
• Nearly 100% the satisfaction of the food delivery person throught CSAT indicator;
• 82% The policy of food delivery person successfully converted old system to new system.
