*Main Responsibilities:
- Communicating with departments to ensure recruitment timely and integrate with thehiring plan;
- Preparing the administration & recruitment activities such as CV management, shortlist CVs, contacting candidates, arranging the interview, and preparing interview documentsand others follow-up actions until the recruitment process is completed (candidate being rejectedor employed)
- Organizing database & maintaining candidate inventory for HR recruitment such as CV &interview result
- Other tasks as assigned.
2. DC TECH - RECRUITMENT STAFF
*Main Responsibilities:
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Screening resumes Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Administering appropriate company assessments
- Performing reference and background checks
- Making recommendations to company hiring managers
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Following up on the interview process status
- Completing timely reports on employment activity.
3. VINCOMMERCE ( ADAYROI.COM) - RECRUITMENT STAFF (COLLABORATOR)
*Main Responsibilities:
- Search, screen, interview to select the qualified candidates for the right position.
- Plan & send recruitment requests, update listings & interview results, resolvearise, so on...
- Research and build the recruitment Resources, Talent Resources, Solutions forattracting candidates.
- Follow up the offer letter after proposal salary/package benchmark.
- Build up recruitment report and analysis the suitable channels for recruitmentstrategies to attract the qualified candidates.
- Onboarding new employees (rules, policies, regulations, and so on).
- Guiding new employees to submit personal documents as prescribed.
